Insurance Ombudsman has been established (under Ombudsman Rules 2017, made by the Central Government), to resolve complaints against insurers, agents & intermediaries.
After making a written complaint with us, you have the option to approach Insurance Ombudsman. You have a year's time to approach Insurance Ombudsman, if (i) you are not satisfied with our response; (ii) we rejected you complaint; or (iii) we did not respond to your compliant within a month.
